Afraid of commitment? TRY FOSTERING! Mutts in a Rut needs volunteers to provide short-term, in home care for dogs until they are adopted. Crate, food, medical care paid for. In June of 2015 I lost my heart dog, Hank. I rescued Hank in July of 2011 when he was 9 years old. Hank was truly one of a kind, the sweetest and most gentle dog I have ever known. He is my reason for rescuing and the reason I have a soft spot for the seniors.
